I'm having the most difficult time waking up in the mornings. Its always freezing, and my room lets no light in whatsoever. I need to get a set of white curtains & leave my blinds open at all times because this is getting ridiculous. I've got a full day of work at the salon today, so I'm starting my day off with a huge cup of green tea. (Hooray, instead of coffee). I'm trying. I may need a few more cups. Which will then lead me running to the bathroom 3987937982 times today. Oh well, it's the price we pay to be healthier! Most people in the Pacific Northwest are vitamin D deficient, so I'm starting to take 1000 IU of it a day now. See how it helps me this winter. Anyways, off to make people beautiful! xo
